- Use Sensitive Toothpaste before and after bleaching.
- If you have sensitivity you may wait a day or two and bleach every other day for your comfort zone.
- Sensitivity may be caused by placing too much bleach in the tray.
- One dot per tooth in you tray is sufficient.
